7. Data Destruction

Once the purpose of data collection has been achieved, your information will be deleted without delay.

Digital data will be permanently deleted using secure technical methods to prevent recovery.
8. Cloud Save Data
•
Our games do not operate independent servers.
Game progress can be backed up or restored via Apple iCloud or Google Play Games.
•
Cloud saves are not automatic — the user must manually perform or confirm the save action within the game or platform interface.
•
Cloud save data is managed by each platform provider. We do not have direct access to or store any user cloud data.
9. Children’s Privacy

Our games are not directed toward children under the age of 14 (or 13 where applicable by local law).
•
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
•
If any child data is found to have been collected, it will be permanently deleted without delay.
